Patterson Stitch is an apparel, merchandise, and customization business based in Patterson, California.

We offer products and services that may include:

• Other customized merchandise and decoration services

Products and services offered may change from time to time.

2. Eligibility

By making a purchase through our website, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement or that you are using the website with the authorization of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account, submitting an order, or communicating with Patterson Stitch.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product descriptions, photographs, colors, sizes, specifications, availability, and pricing.

However, actual products may vary slightly from photographs or digital representations.

Differences may result from:

• Screen and monitor settings
• Lighting
• Manufacturing variations
• Garment dye lots
• Fabric characteristics
• Printing methods
• Embroidery
• Production processes
• Product supplier changes

Minor variations that are normal for apparel or customized merchandise are not considered defects.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice.

Patterson Stitch reserves the right to correct pricing, description, or availability errors.

If an obvious pricing or technical error affects an order, we may contact you before processing the order or cancel and refund the affected transaction.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, customization fees, rush fees, design fees, and other charges may be added during checkout or before an order is finalized.

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that Patterson Stitch has accepted it.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing errors
• Payment problems
• Suspected fraud
• Production limitations
• Prohibited customization requests
• Intellectual property concerns
• Technical errors
• Incomplete customer information

If we cancel a paid order before production for reasons unrelated to customer misconduct, the appropriate amount paid for the canceled portion will generally be refunded.

6. Custom Orders

Custom merchandise is created specifically according to customer selections or instructions.

Custom orders may include personalized:

• Shirts
• Hoodies
• Sweatshirts
• Pants
• Joggers
• Hats
• Jackets
• Uniforms
• Bags
• Accessories
• Other merchandise

Please carefully review all customization information before submitting or approving an order.

7. Customer-Provided Information

You are responsible for verifying all information submitted for a customized product.

This includes:

• Names
• Dates
• Numbers
• Spelling
• Grammar
• Colors
• Sizes
• Placement
• Artwork
• Logos
• Images
• Quantities
• Garment selections
• Customization instructions

Patterson Stitch is not responsible for errors contained in information or artwork supplied or approved by the customer.

For example, if you submit a name with incorrect spelling and we reproduce it exactly as submitted or approved, that is not considered a Patterson Stitch production error.

8. Artwork Approvals

Some custom orders may require artwork, mockup, proof, or design approval before production.

Approval may constitute authorization of:

• Artwork
• Spelling
• Colors
• Placement
• Size
• Layout
• Garment
• Quantities
• Other displayed specifications

Once a proof has been approved and production begins, changes may not be possible.

If changes are possible, additional design, material, setup, or production charges may apply.

9. Customer-Supplied Artwork

Customers may upload or provide artwork, photographs, logos, graphics, text, trademarks, names, or other materials for customization.

By submitting material to Patterson Stitch, you represent and warrant that:

1. You own the material;
2. You have permission or sufficient legal rights to use and reproduce it.

You authorize Patterson Stitch to reproduce and make technically necessary adjustments to submitted material for purposes of producing your order.

You remain responsible for determining whether you have the legal right to reproduce submitted content.

10. Intellectual Property

Patterson Stitch respects intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to reject any order that we reasonably believe may infringe a copyright, trademark, right of publicity, or other intellectual property right.

We may request documentation showing that you have permission to reproduce particular artwork or branding.

Acceptance of an order does not constitute a determination by Patterson Stitch that your submitted material is legally authorized.

11. Prohibited Custom Content

Patterson Stitch reserves the right to refuse customization requests that we reasonably determine involve unlawful content or would expose Patterson Stitch to legal liability.

We may also decline projects that we determine we cannot appropriately or reliably produce.

12. Artwork Modifications

Artwork submitted for production may require technical modifications.

These may include:

• Resizing
• Color adjustments
• Vector conversion
• Digitizing
• Background removal
• Simplification
• Line-thickness adjustments
• Separation
• Repositioning
• Embroidery optimization

Some modifications may involve additional charges.

Material changes requiring customer approval will generally be communicated before production when reasonably practicable.

13. Embroidery

Embroidery involves converting artwork into stitches.

Because thread and fabric behave differently from digital artwork, embroidered products will not necessarily reproduce artwork pixel-for-pixel.

Small text, gradients, extremely fine details, thin lines, and complicated artwork may require modification.

Minor differences resulting from the embroidery process are normal and are not considered defects.

14. Printing and Decoration

Different decoration methods produce different appearances and textures.

DTF, screen printing, vinyl, sublimation, and other methods may vary based upon:

• Fabric composition
• Garment color
• Ink
• Heat
• Pressure
• Artwork
• Garment manufacturer
• Production method

Reasonable production variations are normal.

15. Customer-Supplied Garments

Patterson Stitch may allow customers to provide their own garments for customization.

Although we take reasonable care during production, decoration processes involve machinery, heat, pressure, needles, ink, chemicals, and other processes that can occasionally damage a garment.

Patterson Stitch's responsibility for customer-supplied garments may be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We strongly recommend that customers avoid supplying irreplaceable, sentimental, vintage, or extremely valuable garments for customization.

16. Production Times

Any production time provided by Patterson Stitch is an estimate unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

Production may be affected by:

• Order volume
• Product availability
• Artwork approval
• Supplier delays
• Equipment issues
• Shipping delays
• Holidays
• Weather
• Events outside our reasonable control

Production time generally begins after all required information, payment, artwork, and approvals have been received.

17. Rush Orders

Rush production may be available for certain orders.

Rush fees may apply.

Acceptance of a rush fee relates to production priority and does not guarantee the performance of third-party shipping carriers.

18. Shipping

Shipping and delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.

Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside Patterson Stitch's control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer.

19. Order Inspection

Please inspect your order promptly after receiving it.

If you believe Patterson Stitch made a production error or you received a defective or incorrect product, contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photographs showing the problem
• Any other information reasonably requested

We may require photographs or return of the merchandise before determining an appropriate resolution.

20. Returns and Refunds

Standard Merchandise

Return eligibility for non-custom merchandise is governed by the Patterson Stitch Refund/Return Policy available on our website.

Custom Merchandise

Because custom products are manufactured specifically for the customer, we do not provide refunds simply because:

• You changed your mind
• You ordered the wrong size
• You selected the wrong color
• You submitted incorrect information
• You approved incorrect artwork
• You no longer need the merchandise
• You dislike a customization that accurately reflects the approved design

Patterson Stitch Errors

If Patterson Stitch makes a verified production error, we will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy.

Depending upon the circumstances, that may include:

• Repair
• Reproduction
• Replacement
• Store credit
• Refund

The appropriate remedy will depend upon the nature of the problem and applicable law.

21. Cancellations

Contact Patterson Stitch immediately if you need to cancel a custom order.

An order may be canceled without production charges if work has not yet begun.

Once we have started artwork preparation, digitizing, printing, embroidery, material preparation, or production, cancellation may not be possible.

If cancellation is permitted after work has begun, charges already incurred may be deducted from any refund.

22. Sizing

Sizing varies between garment manufacturers, brands, and styles.

Customers should review available sizing information before ordering.

Patterson Stitch is not responsible for normal differences between manufacturer sizing or for customers selecting an incorrect size.

Customized products generally cannot be exchanged solely because the customer selected an incorrect size.

23. Product Availability and Substitutions

Garment styles, colors, sizes, and brands are subject to supplier availability.

If a selected product becomes unavailable, we may contact you regarding an alternative.

We will not intentionally make a materially different substitution for a custom order without appropriate authorization.

24. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions may be subject to separate terms, expiration dates, product exclusions, minimum purchases, or quantity limitations.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Promotional codes cannot be combined
• Discounts have no cash value
• Discounts cannot be applied retroactively
• Promotions may end or change at any time

25. Website Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You are responsible for activity occurring through your account to the extent permitted by law.

Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

26. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to the website
• Interfere with website security
• Introduce malware or malicious code
• Scrape or extract website information in violation of applicable law

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

31. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Patterson Stitch harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from materials you provide for reproduction when those claims result from your lack of authorization to use those materials.

This provision does not apply to claims resulting from Patterson Stitch's own unlawful conduct.

32. Force Majeure

Patterson Stitch will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, which may include natural disasters, severe weather, power failures, internet outages, supplier interruptions, labor disruptions, transportation problems, government actions, or similar events.

33. Privacy

Your use of the Patterson Stitch website is also subject to our Privacy Policy .

34. Governing Law
